Integration for threshold moments (Salt Spring / Zoom)

A single private session to restore orientation and return you to your own authority.
Not advice. Not fixing. A clean mirror and a paced closing.

What this is

This is for the moments when something has shifted — after ceremony, after change, loss, awakening, or a decision you can’t force — and you need a steady place to hear yourself again.

In this session, I’m listening for signal. We slow what is rushing. We name what is true without decorating it. We make one or two things livable. Then we close.

What this is not

This is not therapy and not crisis support. I don’t diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.

This is also not coaching meant to optimize your life or produce a “better version” of you.

• Not fixing, motivating, or convincing

• Not a place to outsource decisions

• Not a performance of spirituality

• Not a promise of outcomes

If you are in active crisis or feel unsafe, this isn’t the right container.

What happens

The session is 100 minutes. In-person on Salt Spring is primary. Zoom is available. Private location is shared after confirmation.

We begin with simple eyes-open orienting to bring the nervous system online. From there, the work is conversational and embodied — tracking what is real, and responding to what is present.

The flow

• Arrival + consent — what we are and aren’t doing today

• Orientation — what is actually here (beneath story)

• Distortion mapping — where your authority is leaking or being performed

• Integration — one to three keepable commitments

• Closure — a clean ending that returns authority to you

What you leave with

You should leave steadier than you arrived — not because I gave you answers, but because you can hear your own.

Within 24 hours after our session, you receive a short written recap: your Orientation Map.

• What is true now (named plainly)

• The pattern that was costing you

• What you are no longer available for

• One devotion you can keep this week

• Drift signals to watch for — and what to do when they appear

Timing

If you request a session, you’ll hear back within 48 hours (2 business days).
If I don’t have capacity, I’ll tell you directly.

If your timing is near-term, name that in your request. I won’t promise availability — I will be honest about it.

Exchange

Intro Local Rate (ends Feb 5, 2026): $225 CAD
Standard: $275 CAD
Payment by e-transfer (primary). Payment is due after confirmation to hold the time.
